CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

KICK BOXING
A kickboxing focused fitness class using pads, heavy bags and partner drills to improve technique and conditioning.
You’ll work on:
Striking combinations
Basic technique application
Footwork and movement
Conditioning rounds
Designed to build fitness, coordination and kickboxing skills in an interactive, coach-led group session.

BOXING
A boxing focused fitness class using pads, bags and traditional boxing drills to improve technique, speed and conditioning.
You’ll train:
Punching combinations and defensive movements
Footwork and timing drills
Pad and bag work to develop power and coordination
Conditioning rounds to boost stamina and endurance
All fitness levels welcome. No experience required.

CIRCUIT TRAINING
A dynamic conditioning class using a mix of:
Heavy bags
Bodyweight strength exercises
Aerobic machines (Airdyne, SkiErg, etc.)
Functional conditioning stations
Designed to build fitness, strength and work capacity while practicing boxing and kickboxing skills in an interactive, coach-led group session.
All fitness levels welcome. No experience required.

TECHNICAL
A skill focused class designed to develop precision and overall technique. These classes will be guided by an experienced trainer with a strong fighting background.
You’ll train:
Punch, kick, and knee combinations with correct form
Footwork, balance, and defensive movement
Partner drills with shin guards for safe practice
Controlled skill application and timing
All fitness levels welcome. Beginners encouraged.
Kickboxing technical classes require shin guards. Please ask staff if you don’t have a pair or would like to get a pair.
